Fresh Perogies cooking instructions
Perogies are already fully cooked
Heat a frying pan with canola oil may we suggest starting at 50% of the elements power. Imagine if you stacked two quarters on top of each other, that is how much oil you should put in the frying pan. Let the frying pan heat up for a minute or two then open up a package of fresh perogies and put them in. They should start to fry, place them in pan at least the width of your finger apart. After you get the appropriate number of perogies in based on space, go back in order that you put them in and slightly move them using a spatula or burger flipper, be gentle. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to brown. Yes, you might have to move them occasionally but not constantly to keep them from sticking when the dough is not browned yet. Flip over and repeat the steps.
Fresh Perogies are already fully cooked you are just warming them up. Bring a pot large enough to place all the perogies easily in to a rolling boil. Drop the perogies in, let them reheat for 2 to 2.5 minutes stirring occasionally. Done and delicious.
